Who we are
AiMshobeli (aimshobeli.ge) is an information platform and directory for families: places, services, schools, events, and day-planning tools. The platform operates from Georgia.

What we collect
Only what the service actually needs. This list is complete, not indicative.
- Account: email, optional phone number, display name, interface language, role, a password hash if you registered with one, and verification timestamps.
- Parent profile: city, district, preferred language, interests, favourite categories, and accessibility needs.
- Child preferences: nickname (optional), birth year, age group, interests, accessibility needs, and allergies. See the separate section below.
- Your activity: saved places, reviews, bookings, reports you send us, and notifications.
- Images you upload, if you manage an organization profile. On upload the image is stripped of EXIF metadata and converted to webp, so the camera model and the coordinates the photo was taken at are not kept.
- A technical minimum: a session cookie and a pageview record (the path, and where you arrived from).
Children's information
Only a parent enters a child's details, from their own account. AiMshobeli does not create accounts for children, does not publish child profiles, and does not show a child's details to anyone — not another user, not an organization.
This data has exactly one purpose: matching recommendations to age, interests, and needs. Allergies and accessibility needs exist for that reason — so a suggestion cannot harm the child it is made for — and are read nowhere else.
A child record can be deleted from the profile at any time without deleting the account. Deleting the account removes it regardless.
Signing in with Google
If you sign in with Google, Google gives us your account identifier, your email address, whether it is verified, your name, and your profile picture — and nothing else. We request three permissions: openid, email, and profile.
We refuse a sign-in whose email Google has not verified, because such an address would let a stranger claim somebody else's account.
We do not see and never ask for your Gmail, contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google service.
AiMshobeli's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke our access independently of us at any time: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Cookies
There is one cookie: dedashviloba_session. It recognises you after sign-in and expires after 30 days. Signing in is impossible without it, so it is strictly necessary and not subject to consent.
AiMshobeli sets no advertising cookie, no third-party counter, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.
Analytics
We count how often each page is opened and where visitors arrived from. The record goes to our own server (streamer.ge/api/track), carries no cookie, and the visitor identifier is rotated daily — so the same person is not joined up across days.
Google Analytics and other external analytics products are not used here.
Advertising
The banners on this site are loaded from our own server as ordinary images. There is no ad network, which means nobody is watching who saw what.
Clicking a banner takes you to the partner's own site, where their terms apply instead of ours.
Who else sees your data
Only the processors the service runs on, and each one only what it needs.
- Hosting: the server and the database sit on OVH infrastructure in Frankfurt.
- Email: Resend — only the address and the contents of the message being sent to you.
- Analytics collector: our own service on streamer.ge.
- The law: where a court or an authorised body formally requires it.
We do not sell data
Your data, and your child's, is never sold, rented, or handed to an advertising network or a data broker. This is not merely something we refrain from doing: there is no path in the system by which it could happen.
How long we keep it
A session lasts 30 days and then deletes itself. Account data is kept for as long as the account exists.
Deleting your account deletes the profile, the child records, the saved items, and the bookings. A review you left on somebody else's profile may remain without attribution, because it became part of other people's decisions.
Your rights
You can see, correct, and delete your data from your profile. For a copy of everything we hold, or for full erasure, write to info@aimshobeli.ge and we will answer within 30 days.
You also have the right to object to processing and to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
Changes
If this document changes materially the date is updated and account holders are notified. Last updated: 2026-09-08.
